Hello! My name is Charles Frederick Manner. Several years ago, God conveyed to me: (A) There is nothing more important than replacing our current form of government. (B) There needs to be national dialogue regarding his Holy Word, with an emphasis on transformation. As a natural-born citizen of the United States of America, and a born-again citizen in the Kingdom of God, I agree.
In the earth realm there are two opposing kingdoms: (1) The Spiritual Kingdom of God, on earth as it is in Heaven; (2) The spiritual kingdom of the devil, as it is in hell. Through your personal belief system, you are either abiding with God, or his adversary the devil. As you read through this website please confirm that you are Child of God, and that you have secured your citizenship in the Kingdom of God, now and forevermore.
To the best of my ability, I will present the Gospel of Salvation for the human soul, which is found exclusively through the faith, hope and love we have in Christ Jesus our Lord. I pray that you will affirm and embrace a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who is our Savior, Lord-God and King; thereby, confirming and establishing your eternal salvation and residency in the Kingdom of God.

Dear Heavenly Father; hallowed be your name! Thank you for Jesus, who suffered and died in my place, so that I may live. In Jesus’ name, please forgive my sins, as I forgive those who sin against me. Please lead me away from temptation and deliver me from the evil one. Deliver me Lord from every evil and let your peace be upon me each day. Please instill within me the joy of my deliverance, and impart to me the benefits of your love, grace, mercy and forgiveness. Let your Holy Spirit dwell within me and your abiding love rule over me. Come Holy Spirit and empower me with the assurance of my salvation. Please write my name down in the Lamb's Book of Life, and place your seal upon me, so that I am known as a ‘Child of God’. I pray your kingdom-come and your will-be-done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. In your tender mercy, keep me free from sin and protect me from all anxiety, as I wait in joy-filled hope for the imminent return of Jesus, who is my Savior, Lord-God and King. In gratitude I praise you for supplying my every need. Thank you Jesus, for your payment-in-full of my sin debt! Thank you for loving me! Thank you for forgiving me! Thank you for saving me! Thank you for inviting me into your kingdom! For yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory, now and forevermore!

Dear Friend: If the preceding prayer reflects and conveys the attitude of your heart and soul, then congratulations on your decision to faithfully believe in and trust Jesus to be your Savior and Lord! Please know that you are now, 'Born Again' in the Spirit and no longer dead in your sins. You are now raised from the dead and reconciled to your Heavenly Father through a new life in Christ Jesus! Hallelujah! Furthermore, you shall forever be known as a child of God, your soul is eternally saved, your name is indelible in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and your citizenship in the Kingdom of God is secure, now and forevermore! Amen!
As a commemoration of your salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ, and in fulfillment of the scriptures, the Lord’s disciples are called by God to undergo a water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Your water baptism by immersion is an allegorical death, burial and resurrection. It is a reverent, willful, obedient process of surrendering and consecrating yourself to God. This memorial sacrament gives you an opportunity to publicly profess Jesus as your Savior, Lord-God and King, and to celebrate that you are born-again, into the spiritual Kingdom of God! Under the guidance of God's Holy Spirit, please be encouraged to find a Messianic/Christian fellowship and share with them the good news of your salvation. Your new covenant family will celebrate with you as they facilitate your water baptism.
Now that we are born again, how then shall we live? In his New Covenant teaching, Jesus issued us a ‘New Command’ in the Gospel of John Chapter 13 verses 34-35:
John 13:34-35 - ["A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, all men will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.”]
And now we are called to live out the doctrine of love for God and each other, for love does no harm to anyone. As evidence of our salvation, let us allow God's Holy Spirit to govern our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus our Lord, so that we may bear the fruit of the Spirit in our lives... love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Dear Heavenly Father and Christ Jesus whom you have sent, who came from you full of truth, love, compassion, grace, mercy, forgiveness and in the end, righteous judgement:
We the people of the United States of America, who are known by you as ‘Children of God’ and whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, come before you in profound sorrow, for we have abandoned you and your precepts for a world that is perishing. We have turned away from you and wallowed in pagan rituals, sin and debauchery. We have either chosen to participate in pagan revelry, or without remorse, we have turned a blind eye to societal immorality. Either way, we are guilty of treacherous and unspeakable acts, which are deserving of the death penalty, ‘for the wages of sin is death.’
Through genuine wholehearted repentance, humility and reverence, we now lay prostrate before you and we confess our personal sins as well as our national sins. Having sincere remorse, we present ourselves to you, seeking your forgiveness for our wicked ways. Personally and Corporately, we seek to establish a righteous and just relationship with you, through your son Jesus. We seek reconciliation with you through a New Covenant relationship, which accepts and declares that Jesus is our Savior, Lord-God and King. We acknowledge before each other and the world, that there is no other God except you; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; God-the-Father, God-the-Son, and God-the-Holy-Spirit, who are in conjunction; the ‘I AM’ Triune God of Israel.
We acknowledge that the horrific price Jesus paid on the cross at Calvary, is sufficient recompense for what is due us, which is death. We acknowledge that you have issued us a moral code of conduct which is still in effect, and we accept that there are blessings for obedience and punishments for disobedience. We stand ready to obey and promote your Ten Commandments, as well as your many other moral imperatives, as we seek to live-out a righteous lifestyle in this New Covenant era; foremost, to put you first in every area of our lives, and to love one another as you love us. We pray that your purpose in us will be fulfilled in heaven and on earth regarding our personal lives, as well as our Nation. We pray that you will save us and restore us, rather than destroy us. We pray that you will accept our sincere effort to do our part in this reconciliation process, as we seek spiritual oneness within the Body of Christ.
Heavenly Father, please consecrate us, so that we are perfectly united as One People: One Mindset, One God, One Gospel, One Savior, One Salvation, One Lord, One Spirit, One Bride, One Truth. Please Lord, let there be no divisions in your Church Family! We acknowledge to you and the World, that those individuals and nations which are blessed, are only those whose God is the LORD. May God bless Israel and the United States of America. We humbly pray in the glorious name of Yeshua/Jesus, our Messiah/Savior, Lord-God and King. Jesus is LORD, forever and ever! Amen!

Joel 2:11 - The voice of the Lord roars like thunder as he commands his armies. His forces are formidable and beyond number. Mighty are those who carry out his commands. The Day of the Lord has come; how great and terrible it is! Who can possibly endure it?
“I, Charles Frederick Manner, will remain complacent, NO MORE! I refuse to be lorded over by self-righteous pagan politicians, whose only determination is to set themselves up as my God. I will not sit idle upon a rooftop, gazing at the sky, looking for the Lord's return. I will not be counted among those luke-warm Christians who shrink back and are destroyed. Count me among those who have faith and are saved. I believe it's time for the Christian citizenry to send the secular politicians home. I believe it's time for the Bride of Christ to take her rightful place in society, as the head of Civil Government and not the tail, with Jesus as Savior, Lord-God and King. Charles Frederick Manner - Author & Scribe - 'beOne' Nation
Charles is a native of Marietta, Georgia whose entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to start a boat dealership at the age of twenty-three. His lifelong dream was eventually shattered by an unforeseen economic downturn. Six years after starting Manner Marine, Charles was forced to close his business and seek employment with a former competitor. Desiring to launch-out in a new direction, Charles learned 3D Computer Aided Design (3D-CAD). He eventually took leave of the boating industry for a new profession as a design engineer.
During those early years, while working in the boating industry, Charles began to read the Holy Bible. As Charles discovered God’s exclusive plan of salvation for the human soul, he was encouraged to believe in and faithfully trust Jesus to be his Savior. In genuine, wholehearted repentance for his sins, Charles asked for and received the Lord’s forgiveness. Several years later, Charles sensed that Jesus was calling him to a deeper more personal relationship. After wrestling with the Lord during a period of unwanted accountability, Charles fully surrendered to the Lordship of Christ Jesus.
Throughout the journey of life, Charles continues to read the Holy Bible on a regular basis. As a result, he continues to grow in wisdom and understanding regarding the kingdom of God, on earth as it is in heaven. Charles has now committed himself to the ministry of reconciliation. The objective of his ministry is to encourage people to be reconciled to God through the Lord Jesus Christ, and then be reconciled to each other. In all realms of society, Charles’ mission is threefold:
1) Encourage people to seek a personal and eternal relationship with the Savior of the world.
2) Promote Spiritual Oneness within the Body of Christ.
3) Spearhead the transformation of our governmental and religious institutions.
Charles is deeply moved in his spirit to convey the contents of this publication to every soul without fail. I believe it’s time for a paradigm shift in our governmental relationships. During this time of unrest, we the People of God must take the initiative to establish new boundaries for civil governments in the United States of America. To facilitate this initiative I have formulated an Emancipation Proclamation 2025, and a New Constitution Circa 2025 which I've included in my book, ‘beOne Nation.’ This New Constitution Circa 2025 is of-God, by-God and for-God. It is written to convey that all Civil Governments of the United States of America, shall be forever subordinate to the King of Glory! Jesus is the King of Glory!
